In this session Excel expert David Ringstrom will introduce beginners to the VLOOKUP function, and then go beyond the basics with a discussion of with the MATCH, CHOOSE, INDEX, SUMIF, SUMIFS, and SUMPRODUCT functions. David will also show you how to:
- Improve the integrity of VLOOKUP by way of the MATCH function and Table (List in Excel 2003) feature
- Show three different ways to deal with VLOOKUP returning #N/A
- Help you avoid common pitfalls that plague users of look-up formulas
David's presentations are fast-paced, so even seasoned Excel users are likely to learn several new tricks and techniques. David will provide detailed handouts and example workbooks for these versions of Excel:
- Excel 2013
- Excel 2010
- Excel 2007
- Excel 2003
Excel for Mac users will find that the Excel 2003 handouts closely approximate the Excel for Mac interface.
After the webinar, "Ask David Anything" will allow you to get your Excel questions answered by David Ringstrom. The webinar is a jam-packed session and we know lots of people want to get their specific questions answered, so we're setting aside an hour for David to answer your questions. Please note that your attendance of the Q&A session will NOT be eligible for CPE credit, but there will be tons of Excel expertise to be had. We hope you'll join us for the extra session!
